Nygreen Management is a consulting practice run by Dr. Nancy Nygreen, who is well known for her customer satisfaction research.  She is a sole practitioner who, when appropriate, partners with other organizations to deliver top quality research results.
Nygreen Management specializes in strategy, customer satisfaction and brand equity. Our keys to success have been:

We judge success by our ability to provide information that makes a difference in helping clients achieve their strategic objectives. Measurements and information may fail to have the desired impact for many reasons, such as cultural constraints, lack of alignment or insufficient processes and systems. By placing measurement in a broader strategic perspective, we help companies become learning organizations better prepared to maintain a competitive strategic advantage.

The premise is simple. Successful companies understand their customers intimately and then build a strategy based on that understanding. Next, they align the entire organization around the strategy while remaining flexible and able to react quickly to market changes. Throughout, they maintain the integrity of their brand and reputation.

2012 -- What's Happening Now

Nancy's practice continues to be predominantly customer-focused, with active assignments in higher education, technology, and restaurants. In addition, she owns a retail store (BeadsWest.com), but customer research is still her passion.
